Welcome to Mower Mountain!
Will you be one of the Mower’s Elite Leaders to come out to Utah for an experience unlike any other? Enjoy the outdoors while horseback riding, ATV’s, fishing, trap shooting, obstacle course, roping, team building, golfing, training, gala dinner, and recognition awards.
Mower Mountain 3 day event: Mower Mountain 2019 kicks off on September 12th and runs through September 14th. Distributors can schedule arrival to Utah for September 11th, and departure for September 15th. The price of the event is $299, and includes lunches and dinners, activities as well as transportation to and from events, registration kit, and the time of your life with your Sisel family. You may cover the cost of your event ticket by earning the points necessary through recruiting, retention, and rank advancement.
Lodging: There are many suitable hotels in and around Provo and Springville, Utah. Sisel will be offering pick-ups and drop-offs for the two that are the most convenient: Provo Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, and the Residence Inn by Marriott (Provo). We have negotiated a special rate at both under “Sisel,” and you can book there or visit the blog for a list of other accommodations (TBD).
Transportation to and from Utah: All transportation must be paid by you. Sisel will then reimburse a portion or all of the cost depending on if you have earned enough points during the contest period. This will be paid out after you’ve turned in your receipts for reimbursement. Whether you fly, ride the train or bus, or drive to Mower Mountain, we want to help you get here by reimbursing your costs.
You may cover the cost of your Mower Mountain Event ticket first, lodging second, and transportation last, by earning enough points during the contest period. You’ve got this!
How Do I Qualify?
Earning Mower Points
The qualification period for Mower Mountain goes from February 1, 2019 through June 30, 2019. We wanted to give you a jump start on the contest and will give you credit for any points you earned during the month of February.
Mower Points are awarded for specific activity in your business. Points will be converted into funds that can be applied towards Mower Mountain in a 1-1 point/dollar ratio. These points have no cash value, and funds will be applied in the following order: 1) Event Fee 2) Hotel 3) Travel Costs. You may qualify for Mower Points in many ways, and the best part is they all add together to help you earn a portion (or all) of the cost to attend the event. If you earn more Mower Points than what you need for the event and hotel costs, you may apply it towards your transportation to and from Utah.
In order to qualify for Mower Mountain, you will need to qualify with a minimum 100 PV in personal orders (no contribution from Preferred Customer orders) each month. You will not earn any Mower Points in months that you do not qualify. The baseline to measure all growth will be the status of your business ending on June 30, 2019. As soon as the points are calculated they will be posted to the Mower Mountain Leaderboard.
Reserve Your Spot: Sisel Distributors can reserve a spot simply by paying a non-refundable deposit of $100.00. Once you do so we will hold a spot for you, and all Mower Points you earn will be applied towards the event, then hotel cost, and anything over those two costs may be applied to your transportation.
The contest will end June 30, 2019. You must register for the event before July 15, 2019, by sending in signed documents and other requested information which will be sent out at a later date. You must be paid in full by August 1, 2019. If you have not paid in full prior to the event you will not be allowed to participate in the activities.
Sponsoring and sharing Sisel with new people is the heart of our business. To reward you for your efforts, you will be awarded Mower Points for each personally enrolled new Distributor or Preferred Customer who qualifies with a 100 PV initial order or higher within the same calendar month that they enroll.
To really spur your growth, you need to work with your newly enrolled Distributors and Preferred Customers to keep them motivated. By simply doubling how long people stay active in your group, you can double your business. To reward you for your efforts to help train and motivate others, we will give you Mower Points each month for every Distributor or Preferred Customer you have personally enrolled who qualifies with a 50 PV order or higher after their first month.
If you are enrolling new people and working with them to help them grow their business, it won’t be long before you advance to the next rank. Mower Points will be awarded to each distributor each time they qualify at a higher rank for the first time. The higher your new rank, the more Mower Points you get.
Terms and Limitations
Mower Points are non-negotiable, non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be used towards anything other than the 2019 Mower Mountain Event.
Sara is really excited about Mower Mountain and all of the activities that have been planned. Looking over the rules, it all seems really simple, so Sara sets her goals and dives in.
The first thing that Sara focuses on is growing her business. She sets a goal to sponsor at least one person a week. It takes a couple of days to really get into the rhythm, but soon the momentum and the excitement starts to build. Her results are listed below:
Looking at the tables, we can see that Sara has already earned more than enough to pay for her event. Because of her work, she has also set herself up perfectly to receive the retention bonus.
In addition to getting Mower Points for the people she has sponsored, Sara also gets Mower Points for the people she keeps in her business. Knowing this, Sara makes sure to work with the people she has sponsored and gets them to place follow up orders of 50 PV or greater in subsequent months. Her hard work pays off, as you can see below:
We can see that just by continuing to work with the new people that she has sponsored, Sara was able to earn an additional 595 points. At this point she has earned enough to pay for her ticket to the event, her hotel, and even towards the costs of her travel.
Because of all of the time and effort Sara has poured into her business, she has generated a lot of energy and her business continues to grow. In fact, because of the example that she has set, many of the people in her downline made the same commitment and saw similar results. All of this activity led to Sara advancing from a 3 Star to 4 Star, which resulted in her earning an additional 200 Points toward Mower Mountain.
